- Student Status/Proof of address letter (please note that you should not need one to register with a GP, they will normally accept other forms of ID, e.g. offer letter)
Request to Change Subject
For undergraduates who wish to be considered for a change of subject
- Change of Subject Application This form should be completed when requesting a change of Tripos. The completed form should be returned to the Tutorial Office. Deadline for completion and return of applications is the end of July for changes requested for the next academic year.
- Change of Course Request - Management Studies This form should be completed when requesting a change into Management Studies. Please see the section Restricted Subjects for further information.

Sports Bursaries
- There are significant sports bursaries available at Queens', including named bursaries and the Q550 bursaries. More information on the bursaries and how to apply.
Subject Specific Grants
Spearing Travel Grants (Engineering): To promote technical and industrial visits abroad by engineering students which are not part of their normal coursework. Preference is given to students studying one of the branches of Engineering. Please send a brief justification of the purpose of the visit and an analysis of costs to the Senior Tutor via the Tutorial Secretary. Deadline for applications - 28 February 2020.
The Milgate Fund (Economics) - Established to support the academic and educational activities of Queens' undergraduate and graduate students reading Economics.
The Haszeldine Fund (Chemistry): To support undergraduate and postgraduate Chemistry students. Providing assistance for academic related travel; research projects; books; equipment; dissertation expenses; chemistry events and The Queens' Chemistry Society.
The Macpherson Fund (Law) - To support the academic activities of Queens’ law students. Students (both undergraduate and postgraduate) can apply for a small grant to cover certain additional costs arising from their law studies through, for example, the purchase of books or the binding of a dissertation.
The Seear Fund (Architecture Expense Reclaim Form): Expenses will be reimbursed, with the approval of the Director of Studies, for 50% of the amount spent up to a maximum of £300 in any one acdemic year.
The Grahame John Dickins Award: To support postgraduate students studying at the Cavendish Laboratory. Providing assistance with academic related travel grants, research grants, financial difficulty, fourth year/overrunning funding.
Friends of Queens' Music - application for funding: Available to any current undergraduate or postgraduate student member of Queens', or any Musical Society. Applications may be made in advance with receipts submitted within 30 days of the purchase/event. Applications must be received by 12.00 noon on the deadline date. Upcoming deadlines are: 06 November 2020 12 February 2021, 14 May 2021, 16 July 2021.
Armenian General Benevolent Union Global Leadership Programme: A programme for second-year medicine students to travel to Armenia for an internship in the summer vacation. Enquiries regarding applications to the programme should be sent to Dr Janet Maguire. More information about the programme can be found on the AGBU website and in this report from last year's recipient of the award, Samuel Amey. This internship programme is generously supported by Grace Knadijan Davidian, in honour of her brother Dikran Knadjian (1970), who disappeared in 1972. Dikran came to Queens' from Kingswood School, Bath, to read Medicine.

The Donald Robertson Travel Fund application form - travel awards to undergraduates, graduating BA in 2021 or later. Deadline for applications is 12 noon, 28 April 2020.
Cambridge Bursary Scheme. Available to UK and EU students.
Bell, Abbott and Barnes Funds. To provide students in financial difficulties, and particularly to those suffering financial difficulty. Grants of up to £2,000 per annum are available.
