Alumni & Support

Give to the John Eatwell Fellowship buttonAlumni are members of College for life. This brings a host of benefits such as reunion dinners, business networks and a worldwide Queens' community. There are about 13,000 Queens' alumni, of whom 4,000 live abroad.

You are welcome to visit the College at any time. You do not need an ID card of any sort (e.g. a CAMcard) - please just make yourself known to the Porters on Silver Street or to the shop staff in the Gatehouse. There is no charge for you to enter College, of course. Refreshment is generally available in the Alumni Office on T Stairs above the Porters' Lodge - please do drop in during office hours. The Porters will give you directions if you are in doubt.

We are not able to offer parking in College unless you have a business meeting with the Development Office or a Fellow, or unless you are a disabled badge holder or have mobility issues. This is for reasons of environmental protection, lack of space on the main site, many busy conferences or events etc. There are good public transportation links and alternative parking available in the city centre.

It is useful when visiting Cambridge to have a CAMCard which gets you free entry to Colleges; this can be sent to you via the online application or by visiting 1 Quayside next to Magdalene College on Bridge Street.

We run a wide-ranging events programme and offer many opportunities for you to stay involved with College. Please help us keep in touch with you by keeping your contact and business details up to date.

Queens’ also offers an online community with a range of continued perks for alumni

Please support this 570-year-old charity which provides a world class education in stunning surroundings to the brightest students, irrespective of background.
