College bills & accommodation charges

College Bills (including Accommodation Charges)

Students residing in College-provided accommodation will receive a termly accommodation bill. Typical termly charges are room charges, metered use of gas and electric (in arrears), library fines, boat club or exercise class subscriptions, Guest room bookings, punt hire etc. Details of these and other charges which students may incur are available in the document 'Schedule of Fees and Charges to members'.

Accommodation bills are sent within the first few days of full term, by email, and students are usually allowed a two week period in which to pay. Payments should be made via the Queens' College Payment Portal (
