Student status letters

The College can provide a letter confirming your student status/address for official purposes, addressed 'To Whom it May Concern' stating:

  • Your title and full name
  • Your date of birth
  • Full details of your course
  • Your date of matriculation
  • Your expected completion date

Please complete the following details.  The letter will be e-mailed to your @cam e-mail address.  Please be aware that you may have to wait a few days for your letter, especially during peak times, e.g. at the beginning of Michaelmas Term.


We will use the information submitted in this form for dealing with your request. This might include contacting you to request further details if needed or communicating a resolution. The contents of form submissions are automatically removed from our database after 6 months.
