Queens' alumni to perform in concert at St Catz this Friday, 6pm

On Friday evening at 6pm in St. Catharine's College Chapel, the Godwine Choir will perform an hour-long concert of folk-inspired music by Holst and Dyson. The Godwine Choir is a semi-professional ensemble, founded three years ago by Queens' College alumni, including Edward Hughes and Alex Davan Wetton

Recent engagements include the English Music Festival, Malcolm Arnold Festival and Brussels Cathedral. The choir recently recorded their first disc, scheduled for release in early 2018. This concert is an exclusive opportunity to hear the choir perform the music on the disc for the first time, much of which is unrecorded.

Tickets are only £2 for students, and £10 / £5 concessions. Tickets are available on the door but places may be reserved by visiting: www.caths.cam.ac.uk/about-us/music/kellaway-concerts.
