Congratulations to our incoming freshers

Following A Level results day last week we are very much looking forward to welcoming more than 100 new undergraduates to Queens' College in October.

""

Among them will be City and Islington College student Chakira Alin who will study English at Queens' after getting A*s in Sociology and History, and an A in English Literature.

“I’m so happy because all the stress has paid off, and I got my grades for university," she said. "I felt really apprehensive over the past few days but it’s all done now and I’m delighted."

A number of soon-to-be Queens' students were featured in local news articles, including Millie from Sir Thomas Wharton Academy in Edlington, Doncaster who will be reading Medicine and Imogen from Rydal Penrhos School, in Colwyn Bay, North Wales who achieved an exceptional five A* grades and will be coming to Queens' to read Natural Sciences.

Anyone interested in applying to Queens' can have a look at our dedicated admissions webpages or get in touch with the Admissions team with any specific questions.

If any Fellows, students, staff or alumni have news items they would like to be featured on the College website, please send them to the Development Officer (Communications)
