Application timeline and process

These are the key dates and deadlines for the undergraduate admissions process at Queens' College, for entry in 2024 or deferred entry in 2025.

1 September - Registration opens for BMAT, ENGAA, NSAA and TMUA. These are Pre-Registration assessments (subject specific)
5 September - Applications can be submitted on UCAS
15 September - Deadline for LNAT registration (Law applicants)
15 September - Deadline for BMAT, ENGAA, NSAA and TMUA registration, if modified papers are required, e.g. large print (applicant specific)
29 September - Deadline for BMAT registration (Medicine applicants)
29 September - Deadline for ENGAA registration (Engineering applicants)
29 September - Deadline for NSAA registration (Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology, Natural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine applicants)
29 September - Deadline for TMUA registration (Computer Science and Economics applicants)

16 October - Deadline to submit applications on UCAS
16 October - Deadline to take the LNAT (Law applicants)
18 October - BMAT, ENGAA, NSAA and TMUA take place. These are Pre-Registration assessments (subject specific)
23 October - Deadline to submit compulsory My Cambridge Application
23 October - Deadline to submit compulsory transcript, if we request one in My Cambridge Application
23 October - Deadline to submit optional Extenuating Circumstances Form

2 November - Deadline to submit Written Work (subject specific)
2 November - Deadline to submit Additional Applicant Information Form
2 November - Deadline to request adjustments if invited to interview
16 November - Deadline to submit a Fee Status Assessment Questionnaire
November - Interview invitations sent
22-28 November - Cambridge College Admissions Assessments take place for applicants invited to interview (subject specific)

December - Interviews take place, with most in the first three weeks of December

June - Sixth Term Examination Papers (STEP) take place for courses where required (subject specific)
