FAQs - 1963 (& Before) Reunion Luncheon
Q: What date is this event?
A: The reunion will be held on Wednesday 18th October 2023.
Q: What are the timings of this event?
A: Drinks will commence at 12 noon in the Old Kitchens followed by lunch at 12:30pm in the Old Hall. There will be an organ recital in chapel at 3pm, after which tea/coffee will be served in Old Hall at 3:30pm.
Q: How much will it cost to attend the luncheon?
A: Tickets are complimentary for alumni.
Q: Can I bring a spouse, guest or partner along to the luncheon?
A: Yes, you may bring your spouse or partner. The cost for a guest will be £40.
Q: How do I register for this event?
A: Registration has now closed. If you have missed the deadline, please email alumnievents@queens.cam.ac.uk or call 01223 331944.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Jacket and tie or equivalent.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Refunds on cancellations are only available up to five working days before the event.
Q: Will parking be available?
A: Due to limited space and environmental concerns, there will be no parking available in College unless you are a blue-badge holder or have very limited mobility. For those who have requested parking in advance for the aforementioned reasons, this will be arranged for you. We therefore recommend using the Park & Ride services in Cambridge (see the following map https://cambridgeparkandride.info/).
Q: Will accommodation be available in College?
A: Accommodation is not available in College, so please find below a list of suggested local hotels:
