Official fellow and Clinical Director of Studies
Dr Paul Bambrough, MA, MB, BChir, PhD, MRCP.
I completed my medical training and PhD in Cambridge in 2009. My main interest was in immune influence on cancer progression. Since then, I have trained a cardiologist. I am currently an Interventional and Structural Consultant Cardiologist working at the Royal Papworth Hospital. My interests are coronary intervention, pulmonary angioplasty, valve intervention and the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. I currently supervise anatomy for first- and second-year students, lecture first year anatomy and am Clinical Director of Studies for half our Queens’ students.
Don’t get bogged down by the detail of your science courses, focus on the interesting concepts and build your knowledge around that.
