If you are interested in organising a luncheon, dinner or meeting for your College or University Society or for your department or even a private family occasion please contact the Conferencing Team at conferences@queens.cam.ac.uk and they will be very happy to help you with your plans.
If you would like to borrow any glasses or cutlery this can be hired through the Catering Office.
The College provides facilities for conferences in the vacations and for seminars, receptions and dinners during term. These are arranged to cause minimum disturbance to members of the College and to provide income to support improvements to the College facilities.
