Registration will close on the 24th of April, or when the event reaches capacity.

Dress code
Formal attire and/or Blues colours.

Cancellation policy
Refunds on cancellations are only available up to five working days before the event.

Photography notice
Please be aware that we will be taking photographs at this event which may be used in future College communications. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know.

Parking and accommodation
Due to limited space and environmental concerns, there will be no parking available in College unless you are a blue-badge holder or have very limited mobility. For those who have requested parking in advance for the aforementioned reasons, this will be arranged for you. We therefore recommend using the Park & Ride services in Cambridge (see the linked map) if you wish to travel by car.

As the dinner falls within term time, the number of guest rooms in College is limited. Rooms may be booked by contacting guestrooms@queens.cam.ac.uk, indicating whether you require a single or twin room.
