Queens' sixth Distinguished Lecture in Law
The sixth Distinguished Lecture in Law was delivered on Thursday 14th October 2021 by Lady Arden of Heswall DBE, Justice of the Supreme Court. Her lecture asked the question, “Does English law have a problem with dignity?”
The annual Lecture in Law invites members of the College and distinguished guests to debate the most advanced thinking on the law. Since the first lecture in 2015, the series has been generously sponsored by Redress Solutions PLC, courtesy of Mr Marius Nasta (Queens’ LLM, 1990) and Mr Michael Zuckerman.
Redress Solutions, as well as Michael Sternberg QC, award several prizes and studentships on the night. These were presented by the Director of Studies & Arthur Armitage Fellow in Law, Professor Richard Fentiman QC.
