There are various ticketing options available, as below. The deadline for booking your Varsity ticket is Friday 1st November 2019. Please complete and return the booking form. Return details can be found on the form.

Standard Varsity Gathering Ticket
- £35 per person
- East Stand ticket, with entry to the Varsity Gathering in the Rose Room (open until 20.00)
- There will be a bar (credit/debit card only) in the Rose Room and food vendors outside the room. No food or drink is included with this ticket.
- We will take a Queens' banner to help members find us in the Rose Room (amongst other Cambridge & Oxford Colleges)
Varsity Matches Executive Box
- Prices from £140 per person
- Become a box holder for the Varsity Match and enjoy the following benefits:
- If you are interested in reserving a box, please contact us at your earliest convenience. These boxes do sell out, and we would like to ensure you have the best available box location
- Further Details:
- This price is inclusive of VAT and all-inclusive beer/soft drinks. Bottles of wine available to order/purchase on the day.
- Your own exclusive box and seats in front of your suite for the Women’s Varsity Match and Men’s Varsity Match, 11.00am – 5.30pm
- 2-course lunch in between matches with a drinks package, table service, pay bar and afternoon tea and coffee. Room layouts to be confirmed
- Access to the Varsity Gathering in Rose Room post-match until 8.00pm
