University of Cambridge Transcripts
After successful completion and graduation, you will receive a free copy of your Official University transcript. The transcript, which is used to attest matriculation and the passing of any exam, is a single document that contains the records of all degrees you have completed at the University of Cambridge. For all students except CPGS, GRDIP, MPhil, MST, NOTAF and PhD the transcript includes the overall class mark attained and the list of papers, with marks where available, taken per Tripos.
The University offers electronic Academic Transcripts online, through a secure electronic document system. This system enables students and graduates to email their documents and allows recruiters and others to verify their authenticity via this secure website hosted at the University of Cambridge. The system uses highly secure technologies and is much more secure than traditional paper verification methods.
Documents are digitally signed to make them legally valid and tamper-evident, allowing for quicker and more efficient verification of genuine documents.
Students and graduates benefit from the ability to easily send official documents anywhere in the world, securely controlling who can access and authenticate documents.
Access to CamSIS self-service is free, but there is a one off charge of £25 for life time access to the online transcript facility.
