Executive PA to the Development Director
The Development Office plays a key role in implementing the College’s development strategy, and in maintaining and enhancing the relations between the College, its members, well-wishers and other potential supporters, in support of Queens’ long term development goals.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide efficient and effective PA and administrative support to the Development Director and the Development Office team.
The successful candidate will be well educated, preferably to degree level, or equivalent, and an experienced PA with excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. S/he will be an organised person with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels, ages and of varying backgrounds, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary range is £29,000 to £33,000per annum depending on skills and experience.
Hours of work: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. There may be a need to work additional hours according to the needs of the business; this may include attendance at events (evenings and weekends).
