The Alumni & Development Office at Queens’ College is looking for a versatile, flexible and ambitious fundraiser to oversee our regular donors’ society and to solicit individual donations.
The role also encompasses digital fundraising and occasional telephone/Giving Day campaigns as required. The ability to conduct successful face-to-face meetings will be important, as will attendance at events. Working as part of a team of fundraisers, the Development Officer will assist with a range of other fundraising, alumni relations and stewardship activities in order to increase alumni donor support. The role holder will report to the Development Director and Deputy Development Director.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: £30,150 to £34,328 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- Hours of work: 36.5 per week, Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement to work additional hours for attendance at events, evenings and weekends (this may include travel within the UK), for which time off in lieu will be granted.
- Final Salary Pension Scheme after qualifying period.
- 26 days’ holiday, in addition to public holidays (34 in total).
