Development Office Assistant


The Development Office plays a key role in implementing the College’s development strategy, and in maintaining and enhancing the relations between the College, its members, well-wishers and other potential supporters, in support of Queens’ long term development goals.

This role is the key point of contact in the Development Office for enquiries and visitors, provides administrative assistance and support to the Director’s Executive PA, and general assistance to other members of the team, who are engaged in a multitude of different projects.

The successful candidate will be well educated, preferably to “A level, or equivalent, with excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. S/he will be IT literate with strong administrative capabilities. We are looking for a strong team player, able to demonstrate all round flexibility, willing to assist with a wide variety of tasks.

Salary range is £20,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

Hours of work: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. There may be a need to work additional hours according to the needs of the business; this may include attendance at events (evenings and weekends)
