Buildings Maintenance Handyperson 

The College wishes to appoint a full time Handyperson to work within a small in-house team providing a day-to-day maintenance service to buildings within the College main site and College owned properties around Cambridge

The ideal candidate will have experience in building services, a flexible “can do” approach to work; possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively with all levels, and be able to work alone or as part of a team. 

Salary in the region of £19,671 - £21,309 per annum depending on skills and experience. 

40 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:00 to 16:30 with 30 minutes (unpaid) lunch break. In addition to standard hours, some unsocial/out of hours attendance at work may be required in relation to emergency call-outs.
