If you would like to book a room in the College for a meeting, subject supervision or a party then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you email your request you will receive a tracker number with an automated response indicating that your request is being dealt with by one of the team. To avoid any delays in processing your request please ensure you use your @cam.ac.uk address rather than a personal address.
You may not always hear from the team within 24 hours but we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. Once your ticket has been assigned we will send you any necessary paperwork needed to be completed to accompany your booking eg Dean’s permission forms etc. On completion of the booking you will receive a response confirming the rooms / areas have been booked for you.
If you would like to discuss availability of a room in person, then please visit the catering office during the following office hours.

From 9.30 to 12:30 then from 13:30 - 16:00
Please note: These timings will also apply to the monitoring of the room.bookings e mail tracker system.
So to maintain and monitor this system correctly can all requests be made via the room.bookings email (as opposed a staff member’s personal e mail address). If a request is made to the staff member directly then you will be asked to re-send it on to the room booking email addresses which will delay your request being actioned.
