Dear Incoming Queens' College Student,
We are pleased to offer you membership of Queens' College and look forward to you joining us once you have fulfilled the conditions of your offer set by either the Postgraduate Admissions Office, Judge Business Institute, Faculty of Education or School of Clinical Medicine (and provided proof of funding to Queens' College in the case of self - funded applicants).
Below you will find a list of links to information relating to your admission to Queens' College.
UK/EU nationals who will be studying on any Masters courses including PGCE, MBBChir, VetMB or MPhil Environmental Design Option B,and those ordinarily resident in England (not just there studying),who will be studying towards a PhD, should also read the Fee Finance and Student Support document.
Most importantly, after you have read all the information, you will then need to complete and return to us, a number of forms and additional items (see IMPORTANT FORMS TO COMPLETE AND RETURN link below).
You will also shortly be sent an email from our Financial Office providing information on how to log in to the Queens' College Payment Portal in order to make your Caution Money Payment of £300 (£150 for part time courses), pay your first tuition fees invoice etc. Please note your Caution Money payment must be received before the start of term. Room allocations will take place during late June/early July and the Accommodation Officer will email you directly with a specific offer of accommodation shortly after this date. Late applications for accommodation will be considered, but only whilst availability remains.
Return your completed forms to the Graduate Office as soon as possible, no later than 31 August. Please return the completed forms via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please could you ensure that you bring your original transcripts and/or certificates from your most recent completed studies, as you may be asked to provide them to the University Postgraduate Admissions Office.
