Organising a function
If you are interested in organising a luncheon, dinner or meeting for your College or University Society or for your department or even a private family occasion please contact Andrew Wilson headofcatering@queens.cam.ac.uk and he will be very happy to help you with your plans.
Equipment hire
If you would like to borrow any glasses or cutlery this can be arrange via your Director of Studies, who should hold a stock of forms for this purpose and who will take financial responsibility for the return of the items borrowed.
Commercial activities
The College provides facilities for conferences in the vacations and for seminars, receptions and dinners during term. These are arranged to cause minimum disturbance to members of the College and to provide income to support improvements to the College facilities.
