Cambridge Conversations with Dr Mohamed El-Erian

On Wednesday 29th July, our President-elect Dr Mohamed El-Erian (1977) will take part in a webinar called 'A worldwide economic web: interdependence and recovery in a post-COVID world.'

All alumni are warmly invited to register for this free online event, which will also feature Professor Stephen Toope, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge, and Professor Diane Coyle, the inaugural Bennett Professor of Public Policy and co-director of the Bennett Institute of Public Policy. For more information on the webinar and to book your place, please visit the Cambridge Conversations website

This webinar is part of a series in which Cambridge experts in a variety of fields have spoken about different aspects of the pandemic. The previous webinars are all available to watch online.

Queens' Fellow Commoner Dr Chris Smith, of The Naked Scientist podcast, features in two previous webinars in this series, one on the topic 'Responding to the medical challenges of COVID-19' and another on 'The locked-down mind — how the COVID crisis is affecting our mental health and that of our children'.

If any Fellows, students, staff or alumni have news items they would like to be featured on the College website, please send them to the Communications Officer, Alice Webster.
