Visits from Queens'

We now able to resume face to face visits, both at Queens' and into schools, however we continue to offer virtual talks and workshops as well. We are happy to speak to schools about their own individual needs and events, and if there is something that we can help with please do not hesitate to contact us via email at slo@queens.cam.ac.uk or slo-bradford@queens.cam.ac.uk

Queens’ College employs two Schools Liaison Officers, who are available to come and visit your school for free to speak with students, parents, supporters and staff.

We are particularly interested in visiting schools in our link areas of Kent, Medway, Havering and Bradford. The aim of these visits is to encourage students to think about higher education in general and to inform them of the application process and realities of student life at Cambridge University. We also run interview workshops for applicants who have been invited for interview, which you can arrange during autumn term by e-mailing slo@queens.cam.ac.uk. If you wish to contact us regarding outreach activities in the Bradford area, please use slo-bradford@queens.cam.ac.uk.

Queens’ College additionally runs an access roadshow in our link areas every year in March. During the roadshow, current undergraduates travel to Kent, Havering, Medway and Bradford to visit schools, give presentations and host Q&As about Cambridge University and their experiences as students. If your school would like to get involved, please email slo@queens.cam.ac.uk.
