Postgraduate Virtual and In-Person Open Days

The University’s Virtual Postgraduate Open Days (Monday 2 November – Friday 13 November) will offer a wide range of sessions covering student life, application advice and funding, and sessions related to particular subject areas. Queens’ College will also be open to welcome you in person on Monday 21 September 2026 from 11 am to 3 pm. You will be guided by one of our Postgraduate students around the college, this will be the perfect opportunity for you to learn about your Postgraduate life here at Queens’ College, the facilities available for you, such as the Armitage room, the MCR and all the social activities they organise.

Welcome to the Queens’ College September Open Day 2026

11:00-15:00 Monday 21 September

Join us for a tour of our beautiful grounds and extensive facilities, speak to our current students and find out why you should choose Queens’ College

Prospective applicants and their supporters are invited in via the Porters’ Lodge on Silver Street, Cambridge.

  • The last guided tour of the day will leave at 14:30

The Postgraduate application process

All postgraduate students are a member of a College.

If you wish to be a member of Queens’ College all you will need to do is to indicate Queens’ as one of your preferred Colleges.

There are many funding opportunities available for Postgraduate students studying at Cambridge, they are advertised on the Postgraduate funding portal.

Queens’ College offers financial support directed towards the educational and research activities of its postgraduate student community through a number of postgraduate studentships and grants.
