Q: What are the timings of this event?
A: Drinks will commence at 12 noon in the Fellows' Garden, lunch at 12:30pm in the Old Hall (or in Cripps Hall if capacity in Old Hall is exceeded) and tea/coffee will be served at 3:30pm in the Fellows' Garden. There will be music in the Chapel by the Aliki Vatikioti Senior Organ Scholar, Ben Markovic, and the opportunity to visit the Old Library.

Q: How much will it cost to attend the luncheon?
A: £45 per alum.

QCan I bring a spouse, guest or partner along to the luncheon?
A: Yes, you may bring your spouse or partner, but please bear in mind that if numbers are too high, we won't be able to dine in Old Hall. The cost for a guest will be £45.

Q: How do I register for this event?
A: Registration is now closed.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Jacket and tie or equivalent.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Refunds on cancellations are only available up to five working days before the event.

Q: Will parking be available?
A: Due to limited space and environmental concerns, there will be no parking available in College unless you are a blue-badge holder or have very limited mobility. For those who have requested parking in advance for the aforementioned reasons, this will be arranged for you. We therefore recommend parking at the Cambridge University Rugby Union Football Club (CURUFC) overflow parking on Rifle Range Road, Cambridge, CB3 9BN (please see the following map: PDF iconrifle_range_road_map.pdf) or using the Park & Ride services in Cambridge (see the following map https://cambridgeparkandride.info/).
