Queens’ College, Cambridge has issued proceedings in the High Court of Justice against (1) Cambridge City Council and (2) Persons Unknown (the unknown owners of land known as Short Lane), concerning rights of way over the access road to Owlstone Croft Residences, Cambridge CB3 9JJ.

By Order of Master Brightwell dated 26 June 2026, service by alternative means of the claim form and claim documents has been permitted.
