Event Details

Date and Time
The dinner will take place on Friday the 14th of March 2025. The drinks reception will commence at 6:45pm, followed by dinner at 7:30pm.

Venue
The drinks reception will take place in the Old Kitchens, and dinner in Old Hall. 

Ticket price
£50 per alum. Due to the limited capacity of Old Hall, there will be no guest tickets available for this event.

Dress code
Black tie or equivalent.

Cancellation policy
Refunds on cancellations are only available up to five working days before the event.

Photography notice
Please be aware that we will be taking photographs at this event which may be used in future College communications. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know.

Parking and accommodation
Due to limited space and environmental concerns, there will be no parking available in College unless you are a blue-badge holder or have very limited mobility. For those who have requested parking in advance for the aforementioned reasons, this will be arranged for you. We therefore recommend using the Park & Ride services in Cambridge (see the following map https://cambridgeparkandride.info/) if you wish to travel by car.
