Timetable for the day-Saturday 19 May 2012

If you have booked Guest Lunch Tickets and/or Guest Senate House Tickets, these will be available for collection from the Porter's Lodge from 12.00 pm on Friday 18 May 2012. Please note it is important you collect your tickets as your guests will need them for entry to the Congregation Lunch and to the Senate House.

                                               TIMINGS FOR THE DAY

11:15 : Drinks Reception - Senior Combination Room, followed by gown check and procession to the Senate House , to arrive by 12.10 pm

12:10: Guests to have arrived at the Senate House

12:35: End of Congregation ceremony (approximately)

13.15: Congregation Lunch - Cripps Hall

Graduands who are not attending the Congregation Lunch should arrive at the SCR at 11.45 am  for gown check with the Praelector, and to proceed to the Senate House with the other graduands.
