Registering for a Degree Congregation

CURRENT STUDENTS

Once you have been approved to receive your degree you can register to have your degree  conferred (in person or in absence) at a degree congregation, via your own CamSIS self-service page (click here)

PREVIOUS STUDENTS

You will need to register for CamSIS Extended self-service, (apply here). Once enabled you will be able to register for a graduation ceremony, order official transcripts and view unofficial transcripts.

To register for ESS you will need to input your CRSID and date of birth. If you have forgotten your CRSID please contact the Graduate Administrator on graduate.administrator@queens.cam.ac.uk
