Arrangements and Timings for the day

PROGRAMME FOR DEGREE CONGREGATION - 18 FEBRUARY 2012

If you have ordered your gowns from Ede & Ravenscroft, they will be available for collection from the Angevin Room (adjacent to the Fitzpatrick Hall), from 10.45 am - 11.45 am. Your robes must be returned to the Angevin Room by 5.00 pm at the very latest.

You are welcome to use the Armitage Room (first floor , Cripps Court), for dress change.

Your reserved Guest Lunch Tickets and Guest Senate House Tickets will be available for collection from the Queens' College Porter's Lodge from 12.00 pm on Friday 17 February. Please note it is imperative you collect your tickets, as your guests will need them for entry to the Congregation Lunch and to the Senate House.

                                                PROGRAMME

11.15 am   Drinks Reception for you and your guests with the Fellows, in the Old Hall and Old Kitchens.

12.00 pm  Congregation Lunch in Cripps Dining Hall.(Please note that MA Graduands should change into academic dress before the MA photograph).

13.30 pm  MA Graduands Photograph* in Walnut Tree Court (Old Hall in wet weather).  Immediately after the photograph ALL GRADUANDS should prepare to leave for the Senate House from Old Court (Old Hall in wet weather).

13.40 pm   All graduands should assemble in Old Court ready to proceed to the Senate House.

14.30 pm  Guests to have arrived at the Senate House by now.

14.30 pm  Graduands to arrive (with the Praelector) at the Senate House.
