When you arrive in Cambridge, you will receive three passwords.

These should be kept private and not given to anyone who asks, not even the University Computing Service.

The three passwords are;

1. Hermes - University email system
2. PWF - University Public Workstation Facility
3. Raven - University Authentication system

They cannot be collected before you arrive in Cambridge.

They can be collected when you arrive, by visiting one of the College's PWF Computer Rooms, for the username use signup and leave the password blank, or by visiting the University Jackdaw web page.

If are you going to be registering your own computer for use in College, they can be collected from the Firerack registration page.

You will be asked for your Surname (family name), your Date of birth and your admissions reference number.
