| Cleaning | Each resident is solely responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their own bedroom, their personal cupboards in the kitchen and for washing up their own cooking and eating utensils. All residents are jointly responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the communal house areas. The College will send a cleaner once weekly to assist in the cleaning of communal areas. |
| Keys | Room keys should be collected from the Porters' Lodge on the main Queens' College site in Silver Street, Cambridge and must be returned to the Porters' Lodge at the end of residence. |
| Maintenance | Students are responsible for ensuring any problems which may arise with the furnishings or fixtures within the house are promptly reported to the appropriate college department.
