Senior Development Officer
This is a new role in a very successful and ambitious office, which is well supported by the Governing Body and key to the future of the College.
The Senior Development Officer will work with the Development Director in leading the College’s fundraising efforts, by securing major gifts and legacy pledges.
This role is for a committed fundraiser, who can represent the values and aims of the College and Collegiate Cambridge appropriately.
The successful applicant will have the ability to use own initiative and work under pressure, but will also be a team player who is comfortable working closely with colleagues in a small team. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with a number of stakeholders within the College in a flexible and enthusiastic manner are essential requirements for this role.
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
Hours of work: 36.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement for travel within the UK and Europe. Additional hours may also be required for attendance at events evenings and weekends.
