Dr Jamie Roberts (MPhil, 2015) was named Man of the Match today in the Wales v Scotland international rugby fixture, part of the Six Nations Championship. Congratulations from all at the College.
Jamie is a Rugby Blue and studying for a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Surgery. He plays rugby for Harlequins as well as Wales. He will be one of the stars at the Night with the Queens' British & Irish Lions event on August 12. Any members of College who wish to attend this event, please email events@queens.cam.ac.uk
Queens' has a fine sporting history in many sports. Jamie is one of the three great centres that the College has produced: Mike Gibson (1963) of Ireland is an Honourary Fellow of the College and John Spencer (1967) of England is the manager of the 2017 British & Irish Lions.
