Books by two Queens’ Fellows, John Polkinghorne and Murray Milgate, are selected for inclusion in prestigious new series

Rev Dr John Polkinghorne’s The Faith of a Physicist (1994) and Dr Murray Milgate’s Ricardian Politics (1991), have both been selected to appear in the prestigious new Princeton University Press Legacy Library.

In keeping with the fundamental mission of Princeton University Press, the Princeton Legacy Library continues the Press’s commitment, “to disseminating the highest quality scholarship (through print and digital media) both within academia and to society at large. Princeton University Press seeks to publish the innovative works of the greatest minds in academia … in each of the disciplines in which we publish.”

Rev Dr John Polkinghorne is a former President of Queens’ and a Life Fellow. He is now retired. Among his many other best-selling works are Quarks, Chaos & Christianity, Science and Religion in Quest of Truth, and Quantum Physics and Theology.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr Murray Milgate is a Fellow and Director of Studies in Economics. He is the co-creator and co-editor of the prize-winning New Palgrave Dictionary of Money and Finance (Macmillan). His most recent book, The Fall and Rise of Keynesian Economics, was published by Oxford University Press. His After Adam Smith is a past winner of the Spitz Prize.
