Graduate funding
The College offers financial support directed towards the educational and research activities of its graduate student community through a variety of schemes providing for graduate research studentships, bursaries, scholarships, grants and awards. The details of these funds are provided on other pages and may be accessed via the left-hand menu on this page.
Financial assistance from Queens' may be held in conjunction with other awards and scholarships -- and given the competitive nature of these awards, candidates are advised to cast their nets widely. For candidates who hold other awards, Queens' will adjust the actual value of its awards so as to ensure that the total package available to any recipient does not exceed the total annual costs of the course (including maintenance) published by the Board of Graduate Studies. The College strongly recommends that all students apply for awards from the Cambridge Trusts, as well as ORS awards; the details of which (and of how to apply) can be found on the Board of Graduate Studies web pages.
