On the roof of the north range is the clock-tower of 1910. To the left of the sundial are the regular windows of the Old Library. To the right of the sundial is the present student library, formerly the college chapel. Below the Old Library are the door and windows of the Munro Room. In the east range can be seen staircase E. All these buildings were erected in 1448. The red tiled roof dates from 1910, previously it was slate.
