Lyon Court, looking west

On the left is the Fitzpatrick Hall Theatre. In the centre background are the Green Room and dressing rooms for the theatre, which also serve as the College Nursery. On the extreme right are the three Squash Courts, multigym and Bowett Room. Under Lyon Court is an underground car park. The JCR/Bar looks out onto Lyon Court from behind the camera position.

Lyon Court is named in honour of our patroness, H.M. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, whose family name is Lyon. The court was formally named by her on 9th June 1992.

Lyon Court was Phase 3 of Cripps Court, the benefaction of the Cripps Foundation.
